Information you choose to provide
When you contact Dream Design, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, project address, photographs, measurements, style preferences and other project details. We use that information to respond to you, evaluate your project and provide requested services.
Saved finishes and project drafts
Your palette and saved room ideas store only public finish references and room identifiers in this browser tab. You can remove them in Your palette or Our work. Personal inquiry details stay in memory while you browse; they are not saved in browser storage.
Online project inquiries
When you choose Send project inquiry, your form answers and any saved references you choose to include are sent to Dream Design through Wix. Wix stores the inquiry and applies its spam checks. A visitor session identifier is stored in your browser so the form can connect to Wix; this is not an administrator login. Unsent form answers stay in memory in this tab and are cleared when you reload or close it.
Website and service providers
Our website and business tools may process technical information needed to operate the site, prevent abuse and deliver communications. When third-party services are used, their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
How long information is kept
Project and customer information may be retained for business, recordkeeping, warranty, accounting or legal purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.
Your choices
You can contact Dream Design to ask about personal information you previously provided or to request a correction. Some records may need to be retained when required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
